She was born on the only noted Double Eclipse that was delayed. She is sure to grow up thinking himself important in that way. She was also born to two very influential families: Claremonts and Barcas. Demi was born second in a set of twins, and is very obviously the more dainty of the two.
While still young, her story is that primarily of her parents. So hers is not a tale of fairies and happily ever after. The two were raised as best friends until they crumbled under the weight of politics and adult relationships. It is why her parents are not married and why her father never visits. She listens to tales that he used to visit, but she doesn't remember it. If she doesn't remember it, then it is sure not to have happened. She tends to spend most of her time being quiet and playing with her dolls. She has taken a recent, and odd, turn to playing court. The problem is she sentences them all to death by head removal.
Sephie, along with her twin, were kidnapped when they were still infants. Because of this fact they are almost surrounded with guards at any given time. As well, their mother does not allow most people to see them or play with them. There is the promise of playing with the Imperial children, but it hasn't happened yet.

Persephone or Sephie by her mother's naming, is a silent child. She is not as out of control as other children and she chooses not to speak that often. It has been said that when she does speak it is very pretty in a child's sort of way. However, she tends to just stare at things as if figuring out how they work and how they all fit together. Her eyes are the only thing that she gets from her mother, the rest of her, like her brother, being a more Barca cast.
It is easy to tell that this one is favored by her mother and the child doesn't seem to realize it. She tends to keep to herself and only ask for things when they are needed. All in all she is a very sweet and easy child to care for.
