Imperial Proclamations

- While rumors and public notices pass through Gateway and the other isles on a regular basis, none hold the weight of word that comes directly from the Emperor himself. These proclamations are sent out from the Imperial Chamberlain's office to announce His Majesty's decisions, plans, or rulings on any number of topics. This proclamations are both written down and read by heralds so that all might hear the Emperor's words. All citizens and visitors to the Keeper's Isles would have knowledge of these proclamations.
