A brand new graduate of Beginning studies at the Academy Imperium, Fairfax arrived to Gateway with his sister Addison, initially taking up residence with Master Mage Alastor Zecht.

As events unfolded, it became apparent that Alastor and his alter ego Vox were up to no good, and the Brandiveres were suspected of aiding him. Initially arrested, they were later released and placed under the protection of the Emperor.

Doubting nearly everything he was trained before, especially with regard to magic, Fairfax is now embarking on a new journey of self discovery and magical training.
