Eleanor Caprios

Born the first legitimate child and only daughter of Emperor Maximilian Caprios, Eleanor has reaped the benefits of a life of privilege in good measure. As an Imperial Princess, she has never wanted for anything, nor been required to earn her keep through work or service. This has not made her spoiled, however; her nature is such that she sees the world through rose-colored glasses, finding good in everything, and seeking only to improve life for those around her in whatever way she can. Not a slim woman, her ample form is a testament to the fact that her life is one of ease and comfort.

Nearly five years old when her brother, Rourke, was born, she became the only mother he ever knew when their own mother died in childbirth. Her maternal instincts are turned not just towards her younger brother, but towards almost anyone she meets, regardless of age or station. This has earned her the affectionate nickname "Little Mother of Isles", a reputation she is proud to have.

• December 18, 505: The Emperor announces the dissolution of betrothal between Eleanor and the Lord of Trebachas, Tarrant Conway.

• September 25, 506: During Council The Empress announces that Eleanor is Lady Regent of Draught until Dorian Claremont Duke of Draught comes to age.

• On January 2nd, 508 she became no longer the Lady Regent of Draught after the annoucement of the Duke being betrothed to Duchess Consort Khalani Paggion

• On October 26th, 509 she lost her beloved brother and Keeper Rourke Caprios

Many people mistake Eleanor's joy in the simpler things in life for a simple mind, but this is not so.

Eleanor is also the Chancellor for the University. Its a job she truly loves along with her charity work. She's often seen out and about trying to listen and be an advocate for the people who are in need of help. She strongly supports the Empress while her brother is out of commission. Its also known she listens first and offers her opinion later.
