Since the return of the Breath in Mists, there has been mention of small rumblings across Rayder Pass. In the early morning hours of July 6th, however, there was a massive shifting of the ground as the earth along one of the major thoroughfaires of Rayder Pass near it's border with Caer Cathartha suddenly plunged inward on itself, cutting off villages, sending plumes of steam and dust into the skies seen all the way to Sentinel Spire and Gwencalon, with rumblings felt all the way to the Locksley Diamond Mines in Oreann. The first furious reports from tribal and village leaders are of a massive demon of fire and water cutting through the underground, daring to bring down the whole island in on itself. Even more disturbing is that July 5th is the anniversry of Asha Barca's death at the hands of the rebellion. Is the Isle finally expressing it's displeasure of the former Duchess's death on the very ground on which she bled her last with her unborn children?
